Academia Latinoamericana Cusco
Academia Latinoamericana is a small group of South American language schools. They offer private lessons and courses in small groups in a friendly, close-knit environment to ensure students get the personal attention they need to progress quickly. As all Academia Latinoamericana courses follow the same structure and use the same teaching methods, you can easily spread your course over more than one destination and you will only need to pay the registration fee once. You can therefore decide to start your Spanish lessons in Cusco and then continue in Quito in Ecuador or Sucre in Bolivia in order to discover more of the continent.
Academia Latinoamericana's Cusco school is housed in a pretty nineteenth-century Colonial building in a central square next to the famous sun temple, Qorikancha, one of Cusco’s most important pre-Colombian sites. In the school, classrooms are spread over two floors and there is a lovely inner patio where students like to relax or study between classes.
In addition to the standard courses, Academia Latinoamericana offers a course combining morning Spanish lessons with afternoon cultural activities, giving you even more time to discover Cusco's many historical and cultural treasures. For students on all courses, the school organizes a variety of extra-curricular activities, which may include museum trips, football matches, cooking and dance lessons and movie nights. The school's staff can also assist you in planning trips for your free time and sometimes organizes group excursions for students over the weekends.
