Leonardo da Vinci Rome
Part of the successful Leonardo da Vinci group of Italian schools founded in Florence in 1977, the Rome school is located in the city centre in a pedestrianized area with lots of cafes, boutique shops and book shops. The success of the Leonardo da Vinci method is based on its experienced teachers and its varied cultural program, which helps ensure its students have a fantastic experience learning Italian.
In addition to its standard group courses, Leonardo da Vinci enables you to take a special exam preparation course or to combine learning Italian with activities like art history, music and cookery. The school also offers a 50+ program, enabling students of the same age to study Italian and enjoy cultural activities together. Outside of your classes, you can improve your Italian by taking part in the school’s free pronunciation workshops and language exchange sessions with local residents.
The school is housed in an aristocratic building just a short distance from many historical sites including Piazza Navona, the Castel Sant’Angelo and St Peter’s Basilica, enabling you to explore as much of the city of possible during your free time. To help you to get to know the city, region and your classmates, Leonardo da Vinci organizes an activity program that includes trips to Tivoli, Ostia Antica and Castelli Romani, meals out, guided tours of the city, museum and gallery trips and film nights.
