With its attractive pier full of fun fair rides and games, quirky boutique shops and cafes, exotic Royal Pavilion and in such close proximity to London, this is a fantastic place to study English.
The junior courses at EC Young Learners Brighton provide the perfect combination of studying and holiday activities. During the lessons and activity program, students will get a taste of university life and have a chance to learn more about British culture and enjoy local attractions.
The English lessons at EC Young Learners cover all areas of the language, including vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. As a result, students will improve their reading and aural skills, as well as making progress with their spoken and written English. Teaching methods are specially adapted to young learners to ensure that students remain motivated and that each individual is given personal attention to ensure that they gain confidence in their abilities and improve rapidly. The school’s teachers are specially selected not only for their academic record but also for their experience teaching young students.
Each week, the school organizes an activity program, made up of five afternoon activities, four evening activities and one full-day excursion for the weekend. Activities during the week include tours of the Royal Pavilion, shopping trips, karaoke sessions, parties and cinema nights, while the weekend excursions may take students to London or Cambridge. To take part in the full activity program students will need to buy a bus pass: a weekly pass costs approximately 25 GBP.
Course prices include three meals a day and packed lunches during weekend excursions.
